Neapolitan Coffee Panzzuppato – Sal De Riso
Naturally leavened baked sweet product, made with soft leavened dough flavored with Neapolitan coffee and enriched with dark chocolate chips.

Characteristics:

• Without raisins, citron and candied orange

• Soft dough with a coffee-scented aroma

• Coffee dunking that enhances the typical Neapolitan flavour

Ingredients

Dough:
Type 00 soft wheat flour, fresh butter (15.90%), category A pasteurized egg yolks (11.6%), sugar, water, natural refreshment yeast (gluten), acacia honey, instant and ground coffee (0.58%), sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, Bourbon and Tahiti vanilla pods.

Filling:
Milk chocolate (cocoa min. 30.9%) and dark chocolate (cocoa min. 50.7%) (3.60%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring).

Soaking (alc. 14% Vol/L):
Water, sugar, glucose syrup, alcoholic coffee food flavouring (70° Vol.) (3.90%), instant and ground coffee (1.70%).

Contains gluten, milk, eggs, barley and soy.
