What you'll find in the catalogue
Big Party has been on the market since 1994 offering a range designed for everyday family celebrations: you don't need professional event planners, just choose the theme and match the right pieces. In the L'Arcolaio catalogue, the selection covers five main macro-categories.
Disposable: paper plates, cups and napkins
This is the widest category, with over 70 lines. Paper cups 250 cc — such as the Bicchieri Carta Battesimo Bear in pink or the Bicchieri Carta Ballet — are available in packs of 6 or 8 pieces and match the corresponding plates and napkins of the same theme. For a classic birthday you'll find the Piatti Carta Happy Birthday Glamour (diameter 18 cm, pack of 6) and the Bicchieri Carta Buon Compleanno Gold in white and gold. TNT tablecloths (160×260 cm format, available in sky blue) cover buffet tables without needing to be washed.
Cake candles
With 44 lines, cake candles are one of the range's strong points. Available in different formats, colours and designs, they easily coordinate with birthday cakes for children and adults.
Décor and decorations
Cake toppers, decorations and accessories to complete the scene. An example from the catalogue: the Cake Topper Italic Battesimo (20 cm, sky blue) coordinates the dessert table for a christening, without requiring any special decorative skills.
Party favours and gift boxes for communion and christening
The catalogue also includes a selection of containers and boxes for party favours: the Scatoline Sacchetto Comunione Gold Metal (6×8×3.5 cm, pack of 25 pieces) are designed to hold sweets and small gifts to give to guests on the occasion of a first communion or christening. Match them with the articles for ceremonies and party favours to complete the arrangement.
Cutlery and paper accessories
Printed napkins, disposable cutlery and small accessories complete the offer. The Tovaglioli "È Nata" (25×25 cm, pack of 16) and the Tovaglioli Battesimo (25×25 cm, 16 pieces) are available in pink, ready to match with cups and plates of the same theme.
How to choose the right products for your celebration
Based on the occasion
The range covers a wide variety of family celebrations, including the main ones:
- Birthday (children and adults): Ballet, Sweety, Happy Birthday Glamour, Buon Compleanno Gold lines; for the first year also the Buon Primo Compleanno.
- Christening: Battesimo Bear coordinated sets and generic christening line, available in pink and sky blue.
- New arrival: "It's a Girl" or "È Nata" napkins and cups in pink, for the welcome party for the newborn.
- First communion: gold metal boxes and containers for party favours, which can be matched with neutral tablecloths and plates.
- Anniversary and weddings: the catalogue includes specific lines for couple celebrations, including products with a Bride and Groom theme.
- Graduation: articles with graphics dedicated to celebrating the academic achievement.
Deciding on the occasion first is the most useful step: it allows you to find the right theme immediately without scrolling through the entire catalogue.
Based on the number of guests
Packages are in standard format: cups and plates usually from 6 or 8 pieces, napkins from 16 or 20 pieces. For a celebration with 20 guests, calculate the necessary packages by adding at least 10% extra as backup. The disposable tableware and accessories also include other useful lines for larger quantities.
For a complete visual coordination
An ordered table effect is achieved by matching plates, cups, napkins and tablecloth of the same theme. Check that they belong to the same graphic line before adding to your basket. If you need additional articles for your festive table, also explore Bigiemme, another brand specialising in party and event setup.
Party favours to match
If you're organising a christening or communion, the small boxes can hold sweets or small gifts for your guests. For a more complete setup, match with the articles for ceremonies and party favours available at L'Arcolaio — you'll find sweet holders, bags and coordinated accessories. For themed decorations and ornaments, also discover the selection EDG Enzo De Gasperi with centrepieces and decorative complements.
