Electric plancha

The Plancha Original 260 Duo Electric with Trolley (€740) features a 60x40 cm enamelled cast iron plate, 2 radiant elements of 3.5 kW each (7 kW total), 230 V power supply, trolley with internal shielded shelves, lid with hinges and grease drainage system. How to choose the right Le Marquier plancha

Gas or electric?

If you have a gas connection or a cylinder, gas plancha is the most versatile solution for continuous outdoor use. The Française, Original, Pure, Exclusive and Pakita lines cover the most common needs. If you cook mainly on a shared terrace or in spaces where gas cannot be used, the Original 260 Duo Electric (€740) is the most practical choice.

With or without trolley?

The Française 250 Duo already includes the trolley. For other plancha without integrated trolley, you can add the Carrello Desserte Allure (€440) or the Desserte Ingénieuse (€520) or the Taupe work surface cabinets for a fixed station.

How many people?

The Française 250 and the Original 260 (50-60 cm plate) are suitable for 4-6 people. The Pure 375 (75 cm) and the Exclusive 260 are for those who use the plancha frequently. The Pakita 4105 (105 cm, 10 kW) is the choice for large groups or semi-professional use.

Accessories: what can't be missed?
