Features and types

The Ad Trend catalogue available on L'Arcolaio spans multiple categories, all organised around a common logic: practical materials, declared measurements and accessible prices.

Plates, bowls and trays in melamine

It is the most extensive section, with over 150 items. The melamine is a material resistant to impacts, lightweight and easy to clean: characteristics that make it suitable for outdoor tables, informal buffets and summer terraces.

Among the available formats: Owens flat plate in melamine D 25 cm, black colour — versatile on any tablecloth Glen deep plate in melamine D 22 cm H 5 cm, available multicolour — suitable for first courses and soups Glen fruit plate in melamine D 22 cm H 2 cm, multicolour Glen bowl in melamine D 16 cm H 6.5 cm, multicolour Bowl in white porcelain 8×8 cm H 3.5 cm — more elegant, also suited to refined presentations Rectangular tray in melamine 27×11 cm H 1.5/2 cm, available in red also with Christmas decoration

The palette ranges from black to vivid tones (multicolour with blue, coral, yellow, aqua green shades) to white porcelain.

Glass vases and favour items

Ad Trend proposes glass vases in multiple formats, also designed as containers for wedding, christening and communion favours: Transparent glass vase D 9 cm H 9 cm — compact format, suitable for confetti and arrangements Miles glass vase D 11 cm H 11.5 cm, available in 3 assorted colours

For those looking for a luminous alternative, the white LED mini lantern 4×4 cm H 9 cm is a small decorative place card suitable for ceremonies or table centrepieces. For vases and favours with more refined style, you can also explore the ad trendpage, where you will find further references from the same brand.

Lamps and luminous decorations

The Ad Trend table lamp line includes mini lamps in original formats: MiniLampada Fungo D 8.5 cm H 12 cm, transparent — suitable as place card or table decoration MiniLampada Fiore D 6 cm H 12 cm, transparent

Both models have compact dimensions and are designed as a gift or favour for ceremonies. To match them with coordinated cups or mugs, it is worthwhile also visiting the section cups and mugs for home and table.

Cups and table accessories

Among table items, the paper coffee cups of 9 cl (pack of 50 pcs, beige colour) stand out: practical for bars, ceremonies or events where single use is preferred. Cutlery and accessories in various types complete the offer. For those looking for table services with a more structured design, the kaleidos section offers plates and glasses with distinctive style.

Christmas items

For the autumn-winter season, Ad Trend proposes Christmas items in melamine: the Christmas tree-shaped bowl 18.5×24 cm H 2.5 cm, available in red and green, and the rectangular tray with Christmas decoration 27×11 cm in red. Items to use at the table during the holidays or to give as a seasonal gift.

How to choose

For outdoor tables or informal buffets: choose plates and bowls in melamine. They don't break, they wash with water and detergent, and in larger sizes they also hold main courses well. The Glen deep plate D 22 cm in multicolour is a good starting point.

For lightweight and practical ceremony favours: Ad Trend's glass vases (D 9 or D 11 cm) are easily filled with Maxtris confetti and closed with a ribbon. The mini mushroom or flower lamps are an original alternative for christenings and communions, where often something different from the usual favour container is preferred. To learn more about arrangements, the alessi collection | accessories section offers complementary design accessories for the table.

For Christmas gifts: the tray and tree-shaped bowl in melamine are already packaged for the occasion, without need for further decorations. Also suitable as a corporate gift or to add to a Christmas basket.

For those seeking style coordination: multicolour melamine goes with tablecloths and runners in natural or vivid tones. Black matches any surface. If you want to explore items for Easter or spring celebrations, you'll find ideas on the l'arcolaio easter 🐣.

FAQ

Do melamine plates and bowls go in the dishwasher?

Melamine is not compatible with the microwave. For the dishwasher, high temperature cycles can damage colours and finish over time: hand washing with lukewarm water and mild detergent is the most suitable method to preserve them long-term.

Are Ad Trend glass vases suitable as favour containers?

Yes. The transparent glass models (D 9 cm and D 11 cm) have dimensions suitable for holding confetti or small gifts for ceremonies. They work well for weddings, christenings and communions. For more elaborate ceremony favours, L'Arcolaio has dedicated sections with specific accessories and packaging.

What distinguishes melamine bowls from porcelain ones?

Melamine is lighter, resistant to impacts and suitable for informal or outdoor use. Porcelain (such as the white 8×8 cm Ad Trend bowl) has a more refined appearance and lends itself to plated presentations or as a small table serving dish. Both materials require hand washing.

Are Christmas items available all year round?

Products with a Christmas theme (tree-shaped bowl, tray with Christmas decoration) are seasonal items. Availability is linked to the season: it is best to purchase them from October onwards to avoid running out of stock before the holidays.

Can I use Ad Trend mini lamps as place cards or favours?

The MiniLampada Fungo (H 12 cm) and Fiore (H 12 cm) are dimensionally suitable as place cards or favours for christenings and communions. They don't require confetti: they come already complete. For similar items with a different approach, you'll find further inspiration in the due esse distribuzionisection, which includes vases, favours and household items.
