Features and types
The Vimin Box catalogue at L'Arcolaio is divided into five main families, each with precise materials and dimensions. Here is a useful overview to guide you through the 88 items available.
Vases and decorative containers
With 28 references, vases are the most extensive category. You will find smooth ceramic vases (D 14 cm, H 16 cm) in sage green, grey, white and pale pink — colours that suit both modern interiors and classic spaces. For those seeking something more distinctive, the range includes the Vaso Caspò Gnomo con Braccia e Barba (D 7 cm, L 11 cm) in neutral and red variants, the Coppetta Stile Romano in ceramica (D 12.5 cm, H 9 cm) and the Vaso Dritto Maculato in vetro (D 12 cm, H 12 cm) in brown.
Pieces with strong decorative character round out the range: the Testa di Moro in coral (H 29.5 cm), the Vaso Angelo white and the Mezzobusto Donna con Caspò work well both as table centrepieces and as standalone decorative elements on a shelf or windowsill. If you prefer to pair the decorative vases from other brands, you will find a wide selection in the dedicated collections.
Candle holders and candelabras
Twelve references in this category, with very different materials and heights. The Portacandela Cemento Bianco (D 21.5 cm, H 81 cm) is the showpiece of the range: designed for banquet halls, venue entrances and major receptions. For more manageable heights, there are the Porta Cero Metallo Bianco (D 11 cm, H 36 cm) and the Portastick Moderno with gold triangle base, available in two sizes (H 16.5 cm and H 26 cm). The 5-flame candelabras in nickel aluminium come in three heights — H 60 cm, H 75 cm and H 120 cm — suitable for wedding banquets and ceremony arrangements.
Decorations and accessories for ceremonies
With 17 references, the decorations include pieces specifically for weddings, baptisms and communions. TheAnello Metallo D 20 cm is available in gold and white and serves as a holder for favours or centrepieces. The Vassoio Specchio Pentagonale Arrotondato in gold (19×16 cm) is used to display sweets or candles on the favours table.
The Scrigno Pigna in blue (D 14.2 cm, H 10.2 cm) belongs to the Favours and Glass family: it is ideal as a sweet holder for a wedding, baptism or communion. To pair it with the home furnishing and decoration complements for a celebration theme, L'Arcolaio has a dedicated selection.
The 3D balloons in white and gold — non-inflatable, rigid scenic elements — are available in multiple sizes: H 80 cm, H 170 cm and H 200 cm. The heart-shaped 3D balloon H 170 cm white completes the offer for those setting up photocalls and tables of honour.
Christmas decorations
The seasonal Vimin Box section includes items in wood, glass and mixed materials. The Babbo Appeso all'Albero di Natale (18×6 cm, H 40 cm) is made of wood in pink and grey variants: lightweight, suitable for a home tree. The Villaggio di Natale in Campana di Vetro con LED e Musica (D 15.5 cm, H 34 cm) is the most complete piece in the seasonal line: integrated lighting, music and a glass dome in a table-top or shelf format.
For large-scale displays — shop windows, reception halls, venue entrances — the Sidecar 2 Posti a tema Natale (170×120×98 cm) in gold and white is the standout piece. It is a scenic installation, not a home accessory.
Risers, lanterns and more
The catalogue is completed by risers (3 references), lanterns (1 reference) and lighting decorations (3 references). The range works well combined with the home furnishing and decoration complements e tone on tone — the latter dedicated to candles, vases and decor with coordinated colour palettes.
How to choose Vimin Box products
For home décor
If you are looking for a vase for a shelf or windowsill, the smooth ceramic vases (D 14 cm, H 16 cm) in sage green, grey or white are the most flexible choice: small, lightweight and available in multiple colours. For a more striking visual effect, the Testa di Moro in coral or the Vaso Angelo white work as standalone pieces without needing elaborate arrangements. The Vaso Dritto Maculato in vetro brown is instead better suited to interiors with natural materials — wood, linen, rattan.
For ceremonies and receptions
The choice depends on the scale of the display. The nickel aluminium candelabras in three heights pair well with banquet tables, from H 60 cm up to H 120 cm for greater vertical effect. The 3D balloons in white or gold in the larger sizes (H 170–200 cm) are designed for entrances and photocalls. For the sweets table, the gold mirror tray and the Scrigno Pigna are ready-to-use solutions.
If you are planning a wedding or baptism, L'Arcolaio has a wide selection of vasi EDG Enzo De Gasperi — in glass, concrete and ceramic — which pair well with Vimin Box accessories to set coordinated tables.
For Christmas decorations at home
For Christmas at home, the Villaggio in Campana di Vetro con LED is the most complete piece: glass, music and lighting in an H 34 cm format, suitable for shelves or sideboards. For the tree, the Babbo Appeso in wood (H 40 cm) is lightweight and decorative. For those wanting something original even among vases, the Vaso Caspò Gnomo is a piece that works well in autumn-winter as a seasonal decoration element.
For commercial displays or shop windows, the Sidecar Natale 170×120×98 cm in gold and white is designed for large spaces: shops, restaurants, reception halls. Those managing a venue and looking for coordinated accessories and decorations for outdoors can find complementary offers in other L'Arcolaio catalogue brands.
