These biscuits are prepared according to the ancient recipe of Neapolitan mostaccioli, with selected ingredients and slow processing, to ensure fragrance, internal softness and a crunchy dark chocolate coating.

Ingredients:
Type “00” wheat flour, Italian white cane sugar, fresh butter, bitter cocoa, ammonia, spices (cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg), Bourbon and Tahitian vanilla pods, leavening agent ammonium carbonate.
Coating: dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring).

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat. Avoid temperatures above 20°C. This product contains no preservatives.
