The Panzzuppato Ricotta e Pera Sal de Riso is an excellence of the Amalfi Coast pastry shop: a naturally leavened artisanal dessert, soft and fragrant, filled with candied pears and ricotta cream flavoured with rum .
A rich and delicious version of the famous "Ricotta and Pears" dessert, made with select ingredients and without raisins, orange, or candied citron.

Ingredients
Type 00 soft wheat flour, fresh butter (15.30%), pasteurized egg yolks (12.6%), sugar, water, natural yeast (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, Bourbon and Tahiti vanilla pods.
Filling:
Candied pears (18.10%) (pears, sugar, glucose syrup, water), ricotta cream (14%) (sugar, water, glucose syrup, dextrose, ricotta 10%, sunflower oil, natural flavours, salt, pectin).
Rum soaking: rum alcoholic flavouring (4.26%), sugar, glucose syrup.
Allergens
Contains: gluten, milk, eggs, barley, soy.
May contain: tree nuts, peanuts, lupins, sesame.
Possible traces of stones or shells.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources (max 20°C).
