Orders and shipping
How much does shipping cost?
In Italy €8.90, free from €100 upwards on standard-shipping items. Sugared almonds and confectionery travel in an insulated box and are always paid for; bulky items and pallets have their own rates. The full list is on the shipping page.
How long does delivery take?
In Italy 3-5 working days: one day of handling plus courier transit. Orders placed before 10:00 CET leave the same working day. Outside Italy times depend on the country.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, to 21 European Union countries. There is no free shipping outside Italy: the exact rate appears at checkout before you pay.
Can I change or cancel an order?
While the order is still being prepared, yes: write to us straight away. Once the courier has collected it we can no longer step in, and only a return is left.
I did not get the confirmation email.
Check your spam folder and that the address you entered at checkout is correct. If you still cannot find it, send us the order number or the name you ordered with and we will send it again.
Returns and refunds
How long do I have to return something?
14 days from delivery. The request is opened from your account, in the Orders section, and the shipping instructions arrive by email.
Is the return free?
No, return postage is paid by the customer, and the shipping and packing costs of the original order are not refunded. If the product is faulty or the parcel arrived damaged, write to us before you ship.
What cannot be returned?
Food products, personal and household care products, linen, and anything personalised or ordered at your specific request.
When does the refund arrive?
Within 3 working days of us receiving and approving the return, to the same payment method. How long the money then takes to appear depends on your bank.
Products, store and company
Can I see the products in person?
Yes. The store is in Pignataro Interamna, in the province of Frosinone, over 5,000 sqm, with a refrigerated room for sugared almonds and confectionery. The motorway exit is Cassino, on the A1.
Do you offer prices for large quantities?
Yes, we work with shops, wedding planners and companies. Write to us on WhatsApp or through the contact form with quantities and items, and we will send you a quote.
An item is sold out: will it come back?
It depends on the item. On the page of every sold-out product there is a direct contact: write to us and we will check with the supplier whether it can still be ordered and how long it would take.
