Immediately, on confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable after the order, we contact you and refund the part we cannot ship.

Yes. Payment goes through the certified circuits of Shopify Payments and the connected providers, over an encrypted connection: card numbers never reach our systems, and we neither see nor store them.

The instalment options available appear at checkout alongside the other methods: they depend on your country, the amount and the provider. What you see at checkout is what you can use.

Cash on delivery is not available. For wholesale orders and business customers we can consider an advance bank transfer: write to us before completing the order and we will tell you how to proceed.

Write to us with your order number, company name, VAT number and recipient code or certified email address. If you already know you need one, send us the details as soon as you order, before it ships: assistenza@larcolaio.com.

Almost always it is the bank blocking the transaction, not the site: check your card limit and that online payments are enabled, then try another method. If an amount looks blocked but no order arrived, that is not a charge: it is an authorisation that clears by itself within a few days.
